Check-in is possible from 3 pm onwards and check-out must be done by 11 am at the latest.
There is no physical reception on your arrival. 2 days before your arrival, we send you all the necessary instructions to collect the keys. You can therefore arrive at the time you wish (from the time indicated).
Yes, the deposit must be paid in the form of a bank imprint 3 days before your arrival. The amount will not be debited and the imprint will be removed automatically after 7 days. The amount depends on the accommodation. It is not possible to pay the deposit in cash.
For all our apartments, parking is not private. On the other hand, street parking is free.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in all our accommodations.
YES. As well as tea towels and hand towels. Linen costs are included in the "cleaning costs".
Cleaning fees are mandatory for all reservations. They vary according to the size of the accommodation. The "cleaning fee" displayed on the site also includes the provision of linen and towels.
An invoice can be issued upon request.
No refunds will be made for cancellations made 5 days before the day of arrival in the apartment.
Pets are welcome in all our accommodations. We ask that you bring along something to protect the sofas and chairs.
